The Emmitt James Juke Jamboree is a fundraiser concert in efforts to collect winter apparel for the unhoused in Milwaukee. Donations may include hats, coats, gloves, scarfs, but must be new or gently used. Donations will be handed over to Guest House for distribution. Guest House is a local resource center and shelter in Milwaukee. The evening will include a DJ set by Capt. IX, an opening set by Faith Hatch, and will conclude with a full band set by Emmitt James and the Stankface Quartet. All attendees who bring a donation will get in free ($5 without). Breakfast For Toys is a Toy Drive with Breakfast With Champions in effort to collect toys for teens. Bring a brand new toy to La Gente and get FREE breakfast, entry, and merch while supplies last. Donations will be handed over to Big Brother Big Sisters of Metro MKE for distribution.
